We serve customers in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and the Site is not intended for use outside the United States.

- Payment providers and banks: ACH, Zelle, wire transfer, PayPal, and Venmo.
- Carriers, delivery partners, and our warehouse and fulfillment partner.
- Customer relationship, email, and support tools: HubSpot.
- Messaging: WhatsApp.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Meta pixel, and Google Ads.
- Visualization tools: Roomvo.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, reorganization, or sale of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools may count as sharing for targeted advertising under certain state laws, and you can opt out as described under Your Privacy Rights and Choices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies

We contact you about your orders, quotes, deliveries, and claims as needed to provide our service. We send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages only if you opt in, and every marketing message explains how to unsubscribe. For WhatsApp marketing we will ask for your consent separately. Message and data rates may apply.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, and as a courtesy to all customers in our Service Area, you may:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as tax and accounting records.
- Obtain a portable copy of the information you gave us.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces significant effects.
- Appeal our decision on a request.
To make a request, email info@marqueesurface.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with written permission. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections on the Site. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and longer where the law requires or permits, for example for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Children
The Site is for businesses and adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Business Customers
If you give us information about your employees, clients, or project sites, you confirm that you are permitted to do so.

The Site may link to or embed third-party sites and services, including social platforms and video. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
